Kittlebrook sells cat fountains, filter sets and related accessories. Our customer support email is info@kittlebrook.com.
The product page describes what is included in each kit. Filter quantities, free gifts and offers apply to the kit and promotion selected when you place your order. Images illustrate the product; colour may vary slightly between screens. Nothing in these terms limits your right to receive goods matching their description.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you pay. Purchases are one-time payments unless an item is expressly described otherwise; our fountain kits have no subscription.
Promotions and compare-at prices are displayed on the product page and in your basket. You do not need a discount code for the advertised kit offer. Your final total is displayed at checkout. If a genuine pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund it.
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. After ordering, you receive an acknowledgement. We accept your order when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain why and refund any payment collected for it.
Tracked UK delivery is free and we aim to dispatch within two calendar days of purchase. Dispatch is not an arrival guarantee. See our Shipping policy for delivery information. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person you nominate.
If your cat will not drink from the fountain, contact us within 90 days of delivery and send it back for a full refund under our home-trial promise. Normal use during the trial is allowed. The fountain also has 12-month replacement support. See our Return and refund policy for instructions and return postage details.
These promises are additional to your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms takes away rights to cancel an eligible online order or obtain a remedy for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
Follow the supplied safety, cleaning and maintenance instructions. Keep fresh water available, check the water level regularly and replace filters as instructed. A fountain does not replace veterinary advice or care. Contact a vet if your cat's drinking behaviour or health changes.

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes. Kittlebrook branding and website materials belong to their respective owners. You may use the website to browse and purchase for personal use.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force when you order apply to that order. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
